The hotel was conveniently located close to the train station and the mainline station that goes straight into the city, as well as a bridge to shopping malls. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The bathroom had all necessary amenities, including great water pressure in the shower. The service was very accommodating, with staff speaking English and always available to help. Breakfast had a good variety of options, with something for everyone to enjoy. the hotel had free wifi and plenty of outlets for charging devices.

The communal ironing board could get busy during peak hours.

The value for money at Palace Hotel was great! We got a spacious and attractively decorated room with a fantastic view. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the mainline station that took us straight into Tokyo. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
